Weekly Meal Plan: November 30th – December 6th

So, I took a couple weeks off of posting a meal plan on here. With family coming into town and Thanksgiving, I had lots of lovely things going on and tons of house cleaning and getting ready to do so meal planning on the blog took a hiatus. Did you miss it?!

I certainly missed (and I know Ben did too) having a place to store our plan for the week and so now I’m back. :) And I am totally ready to go this week with a bunch of new meals to try and some old ones too. We have a pretty laid back week without a whole lot going on (SUCH a blessing) so cooking at home is possible every day.

Weekly Meal Plan

Here’s what we have going on:

Sunday: Spaghetti and Meat Sauce

I am headed out to a coffee shop to get some work done and a headstart on the week. Ben’s cooking his specialty for himself and the kids. 😉

Monday: Chicken Terryaki with Rice

We LOVE this simple, easy dish. Onions, green peppers, broccoli, chicken and a good terryaki sauce is all you need!

Tuesday: Kielbasa with Roasted Potatoes and Corn

Wednesday: Honey Mustard Chicken Recipe over Rice

I plan on trying this one in the crockpot and I’ll use chicken breasts. I’ll let you know how it turns out.

Thursday: Sloppy Joes and Sweet Potato Chips

Friday: Creamy Chicken Tortilla Soup with Quesadillas

Saturday: Homemade Chili in the Crockpot with Cornbread

What’s on your meal plan this week?!?!
