After doing almost a years worth of meal plans, I realize that one of my fall back meals is Pork Tenderloin. I love making it in the summer because it is quick and easy and works well with our busy schedules. I love making it in the winter because all of those delicious root vegetables go fabulously with a flavorful pork tenderloin. I have grilled it, I have cooked it in the crockpot, and I have baked it in the oven. One thing I love about pork tenderloin is the ability to change up the dish with different marinades and cooking styles.
I’ve gathered __ of my favorite marinades and changes from the web. I have been using these to swich up my pork tenderloin! Now I just need to find a good, humane, pork farmer like my good old Ember at Country Time Farms (man I miss her). If you know of any in the Boston area, I’m all ears!

I love all the recipes. Before I met my wife I had never had much pork tenderloin. We just didn’t cook it in my house. Now MY wife cooks it often and while I enjoy it once in a while I’d like to have more variety.
