Here is how our typical Sunday goes: I wake up before everyone else gets up and I get a run in. Then we all eat breakfast and I have my coffee. After doing a few errands around the house, Ben generally takes the kids grocery shopping (and sometimes for a fun treat after) while H takes a nap and I get some chores and work done (aka the house is quiet and it is heaven).
When he comes in from the store, 99% of the time, I have forgotten to put something on the list. BUMMER!!! I use this time to do my shopping at the local Walgreens using Walgreens Paperless Coupons.
I have to say, since the development of Walgreens Mobile App for the iPhone, I have been saving money like crazy. When we are stuck in traffic in the car and Ben is driving, when the kids and I are waiting for an appt. (rare but still), I like to flip through the app and see what’s been added as far as coupons go. I have been saving a bunch! Between the Balance Rewards Program AND the coupon clipping app, it has been HUGE! That money that I am saving? Yeah, I have been putting it away for things like first day of school outfits for the kids and winter boots - those incidentals and non-necessities that you just know will come up and be so appreciated.
#WalgreensPaperless Coupons manufactor’s eCoupons and a pretty awesome solution when it comes to not a lot of time to participate in the traditional couponing. No need to cut them out and super easy to scroll through and “clip” as they are organized by category. The best part I found was that when you clip them they all go to your Balance Rewards Card (the number/scannable image is also stored in the app for you). As you check out and scan your card, the coupons are automatically applied to your order.
I also found the list maker portion of the app to be super helpful too as we ALWAYS seem to forget things!!
