Weekly Meal Plan – July 27th – August 2nd New Home Time!

Just today we got back from a weeklong vacation to North Conway, NH with friends. We stayed in the Nirvana Manor and it was absolutely fabulous. This was our “bi-annual UNH friends trip” filled with memories provided by 8 adults and 9 kids ranging from age 2-7. And filled with memories it was. More to come on all of those!

In lieu of a meal plan last week, I wrote about how I prepare for a week away from home to ensure we have some homemade meals for us!

Weekly Meal Plan

This week it is back to meal planning although I can’t say it will be normal. We close on our new home on Monday! We still have the apartment for the week so there will be a lot of back and forth going on. Some sort of planning is essential! What’s on your menu this week?

Sunday: One Dish Turkey Kielbasa and Vegetables from Girl Gone Mom

I made this a couple of weeks ago and it was delicious. C requested it this week!

Monday: BBQ Night!

My mom and I will be at the new house cleaning all day so we’ll be trying out the BBQ Joint down the road from our new home! YUM! Apparently the chili is darn good too!

Tuesday: Spaghetti and Meat Sauce with Vegetables

Wednesday: One Pot Shredded Salsa Chicken

This is a great crockpot meal! Chicken, salsa, and taco seasoning. Can’t go wrong!

Thursday: Out to Dinner

My parents are coming up to help us move in, take care of the house, do whatever we need them to and it is SOOOOO appreciated. Ben and I are going to take them out to dinner tonight.

Friday: Burgers and Hot Dogs on the Grill

Keeping it simple for the day the movers come! YAY! We have a grill back!

Saturday: Pizza Night!

Ben and the kids and I are headed to a concert tonight and my mom and dad are watching H. Pizza sounds great!
