Nuby Octopus Floating Bath Toy {Review and Giveaway}

Once again, another great bath option by Nuby. This is one that my each of my kids love and one that they all love playing together!

The Octopus Floating Bath Toy is a small, compact bath toy (fits in the Whale Pail) that comes with 4 rings. A game, you toss the rings and attempt to get them on the octopus’ tentacles. The rings are small and it is a tough game, but this is good when you think that the kids are really trying hard to get them on there. It teaches persistence:) And, they don’t get bored with it right away!

The octopus floats on water and so you don’t need a flat surface to play. At this point, we are really working hard on teaching H how to share. H needs to start learning how to share with everyone, but especially with his big brother and sister. For months now, he has been given everything just because they don’t want to deal with the crying. It is stopping with the octopus:) We have been trying to take turns throwing the rings. Sure there is a lot of crying and tantrums involved but they will start to space out (I just keep telling myself that:).

I love the vibrant colors on the octopus too. It is a purple octopus with yellow, green, red, and orange rings. So, we have been trying to teach the older two to point out the colors to H and start to teach him these little things. They are really enjoying this! There are no holes in the toys (one of my favorite features) which I love because water can’t get stuck in there so the opportunity to develop a mold is a LOT less likely!
