H was lucky enough to receive this adorable (read scary) monster snack container in the mail the other day. He is big into feeding himself these days and LOVES to carry utensils and containers around the house. However, when I fill them with goldfish or teddy grahams, they usually end up spilled all over the floor.

We had a nifty little snack keeper (a bowl with a lid meant only to pull items out one by one) already, BUT, it was the third time around…that is what happens when you are the third child. And this thing was used, big time.

So, when I saw this really cute themed one, I figured it would be really nice for H to have his own. And, he LOVES it!

For starters, the iMonster is tough to get food out of (this is a good thing). It is virtually impossible for him to pull out more than one snack at a time although he is perfectly capable of pulling out one at a time. In fact, H is quite enthralled by the fact that this part is not extremely easy for him. He sits for quite a while trying to figure the whole process out (also a good thing)!

H also loves the iMonster’s arms which are easy to grip so that he can carry it all around the house.

The iMonster opens up so that it can easily be refilled and washed (did I mention that it is dishwasher safe?!?!). It is also BPA free which makes mom happy too!

We are huge fans of this snack keeper in this house. I think my older two may even be a tiny bit jealous that he gets to eat snacks out of such a cool contraption:)
