7 Mother’s Day Gifts at the Top of My List

mothers-day-collage-1

This is a list of suggestions of products that I either have and love or ones that I want (wink, wink Ben!).

1. Fit Bit – This is an activity monitor that I have been hearing a lot about lately. It has been around for awhile and comes in a lot of different forms, but this spring, they are releasing a Flex Wristband (see how sleek it is?). Through this little wristband, your steps, calories, walking distance, quality of sleep, and even your active minutes during the day can be tracked. This looks like an awesome aide to fitness.

2. Pearls – Come on, every girl needs pearls! I just got my first set for my 32nd birthday this year. Kranich’s Jewelers has some wonderful sets of pearls including earrings, bracelets, and necklaces. You can browse through them here. OR, if you are more of a diamond girl, their Gabriel and Co. jewelry collection has some gorgeous diamond rings. Okay, so maybe they are engagement rings, but they are beautiful and would make a nice “just because” gift too, right? Check them out on their website.

3. Toms – I have heard nothing but good things about these casual shoes. I found this pair on their website and fell in love. They are made from a burlap feed sack. How cool?! I also saw a pair of bright teal ones and then orange…and then I stopped looking because it would have ended badly (with me buying all of them in one careless splurge).

4. Hot Mama Necklaces – My very favorite necklace is one that my sister-in-law bought me with two charms (one for G and one for C) a few years back. The craftsmanship is amazing and it is sturdy and has lasted through G and C’s first years. The only downside is H came along and now I need another charm for his name. As I browsed the website, I saw this awesome creation, The Piece of My Heart Necklace…adorable for a mother/daughter best friend necklace of sorts.

5. Deep Covered Baker – I am a HUGE Pampered Chef fan. Every mom should have one of these fantastic stoneware pieces. I use this so often. The best part…it cooks a whole chicken – in the microwave – in 20 minutes…with vegetables. Enough said. ¬†Honestly though, Pampered Chef products are pretty awesome and their stoneware is perfect for any mom out there!

6. Origami Owl Living Lockets – Pick a locket (see-through), pick a chain and chain length, and then grab some meaningful charms to put inside. A perfect gift for a mother, grandmother, daughter, really any special woman in your life. There are tons of ways to customize this even more. Let’s just say, this will be one of those things I am gifting this Mother’s Day!

7. Quotable Gardener Soap – Delicious scents with inspiring quotes etched into them. A great piece for a mom that is a gardener. Caswell Massey has so many giftable soaps and lotions that I would LOVE. Not only do they smell wonderful, but they are so nicely presented too AND…they are made in America!

So there you are, some of my favorite things this spring (and all year long). What is on your Mother’s Day Wish List (or Gifting List) this year?

*Disclosure: All of these items are absolutely my favorite things to give and receive. For listing Kranich’s website, I am receiving a product from them. All opinions of pearls are my own…I love mine! Oh and all the other stuff, I love that stuff too!
